# Product pillars

# WalletWall Product Pillars

WalletWall is a **read-only vault-readiness platform powered by wallet
intelligence** ([vault-first positioning](product/vault-first-positioning.md)). The
product is no longer a set of six co-equal analytics pillars. It is organized as a
**two-tier hierarchy**: two primary platform surfaces that own the vault-readiness
thesis, and a ring of complementary intelligence surfaces that feed them.

This document defines the pillars under that hierarchy. The runtime tier metadata
that mirrors it lives in [`src/lib/products.js`](../src/lib/products.js)
(`PRODUCT_TIERS`: `primary` · `complementary` · `supporting`) and is guarded by
[`test/app-vault-quantum-focus.test.mjs`](../test/app-vault-quantum-focus.test.mjs).

## Platform hierarchy

> **WalletWall maps wallet, stablecoin, and cryptographic exposure, and turns that
> intelligence into vault-ready migration paths and read-only evidence packets.**

| Tier                                    | Surfaces                                                               | Job                                                                                                    |
| --------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Primary platform surfaces** | Stablecoin Vault · Quantum Intelligence | Own the vault-readiness workflow and the cryptographic migration-risk engine that feeds it. |
| **Complementary intelligence surfaces** | Holder Wall · Whale Watcher · Coinstellation · Stable Seer · Watchlist | Discovery and signal surfaces that feed candidate wallets and context into the primary surfaces. |
| **Decision / evidence layers** | Migration Readiness · Readiness Packet | Inside the vault-readiness workflow: normalize exposure into a verdict and produce read-only evidence. |

The complementary surfaces keep their names, routes, and utility. They are **not**
equal-weight platform destinations — they are the input layer that prepares exposed
wallets for safer vault migration. *Market Radar* is **not** a present product: it was
renamed Stable Seer in Epic #163 and exists only as a historical reference.

## Primary platform surfaces

### 1. Stablecoin Vault

The flagship vault-readiness workflow and the destination the intelligence layer
feeds. It owns the **migration decision, the readiness packet, and the
evidence/prototype destination**: a read-only vault-readiness journey
(`vault.walletwall.org` / `/stablecoin-vault`) that can hand off to the Sepolia
testnet Vault Simulator (`/vault`) for rehearsal — never mainnet, never custody.

* Subdomain: `vault.walletwall.org` · Root route: `/stablecoin-vault`
* Vault Simulator (`/vault`) = the Sepolia testnet rehearsal detail, reachable from the Testnet Rehearsal readiness outcome — a **supporting** detail route, not a peer flagship.

### 2. Quantum Intelligence

The **cryptographic exposure and migration-risk engine**. It scores signature/curve
exposure and dormancy risk, and routes vault candidates into the Stablecoin Vault
readiness journey. Also includes conservative behavioral exposure signals (#312):
deterministic, explainable heuristics derived from available wallet activity.

* Route: `/quantum`
* Framing is always **exposure / readiness**, never protection. No "quantum-proof" or "production quantum protection" claims (see Guardrails).

## Complementary intelligence surfaces

These surfaces are how a wallet enters the platform. Each has a defined job feeding
the Vault + Quantum spine; full current/target roles and improvement directions are
in [complementary-feature-alignment.md](product/complementary-feature-alignment.md).

### Holder Wall — #88

Ownership map, holder analytics, and dormancy wall. **Job:** stablecoin
concentration, dormant value, and vault-candidate discovery; routes valid EVM
wallets into Stablecoin Vault readiness and Quantum Intelligence.

Related issues: #89, #90, #91, #92, #93, #94

### Whale Watcher — #162

Movement intelligence, deterministic signals, narratives, and anomalies. **Job:**
large stablecoin / treasury-like wallet monitoring that flags wallets warranting
readiness review or quantum-risk assessment.

Related issues: #70, #76, #103, #104, #105

### Coinstellation — #164

Wallet graph, node relationships, and transaction visualization. **Job:** wallet
relationship and movement context (counterparties, clusters, movement trails) that
explains readiness recommendations.

Related issues: #96, #111, #106, #21, #51

### Stable Seer — #163

Stablecoin intelligence — peg deviation, liquidity depth, holder/flow analysis, and
DEX context. **Job:** stablecoin compatibility and asset-risk context (issuer,
liquidity, peg, holder distribution) feeding the readiness assessment. Previously
named Market Radar before Epic #163. Subdomain: `stable.walletwall.org`.

Related issues: #43, #42, #146, #44

### Watchlist

Saved wallets/items utility. **Job:** a readiness watchlist for vault candidates,
exposed wallets, and monitored stablecoin treasuries — tracking review state, not
generic bookmarks. A **supporting** utility surface, not a journey peer.

## Decision / evidence layers

These are not separate products; they are layers **inside** the Stablecoin Vault
readiness workflow.

* **Migration Readiness** — normalizes exposure (from Quantum Intelligence and the
  complementary surfaces) into a read-only readiness verdict and a migration path:
  Monitor · Prepare · Testnet Rehearsal · Not Enough Data.
* **Readiness Packet** — a bounded, read-only evidence artifact summarizing the
  readiness decision and its supporting signals. Evidence only — never a protection
  guarantee. See `buildVaultReadinessPacket` and the PQ evidence / proof-artifact
  / testnet-rehearsal **readiness signals** (kept as separate gates).

## Guardrails and no-custody boundaries

The canonical statement is [Custody & Legal Boundaries](product/custody-legal-boundaries.md);
the positioning red-lines are in [vault-first-positioning.md](product/vault-first-positioning.md).
Every pillar above is **read-only**.

* **No custody, no funds movement.** No wallet connection, deposit, withdrawal,
  pooling, signing, yield, or on-chain write behavior anywhere in WalletWall.
* **Vault work is testnet/rehearsal research**, not production custody and not audited.
* **No overclaims.** Avoided: *quantum-proof*, *quantum-resistant platform*,
  *guaranteed*, *insured*, *production custody*, *protected*/*secured* (funds sense),
  *mainnet-ready*, *deposit now*, *earn yield*. Quantum framing is always *exposure /
  readiness*, never *protection*.
* **Readiness signals are separate gates** — PQ evidence, testnet rehearsal, proof
  artifact, and ZK/SP1 disclosure each stand alone; none implies the others and none
  is a protection claim.

## Product boundaries (quick reference)

* **Stablecoin Vault** = primary flagship destination (`vault.walletwall.org` / `/stablecoin-vault`); Vault Simulator = testnet detail at `/vault`
* **Quantum Intelligence** = primary cryptographic exposure / migration-risk engine; routes vault candidates to Stablecoin Vault
* **Holder Wall** = complementary wallet/entity entry surface; routes to Stablecoin Vault readiness
* **Whale Watcher** = complementary stablecoin/treasury movement monitoring
* **Coinstellation** = complementary wallet/node relationship graph for readiness context
* **Stable Seer** = complementary stablecoin asset intelligence; feeds readiness; not holder analytics
* **Watchlist** = supporting readiness-watchlist utility
* **Migration Readiness / Readiness Packet** = decision/evidence layers inside the vault-readiness workflow
